The Application Center of The Liberation Method

The Liberation Practice Library

Learn. (Un)Learn. Practice.

Liberation grows through practice. Some practices happen in conversation. Some happen in community. Some happen quietly at your kitchen table. Some transform classrooms, schools, organizations, and entire communities.

The Liberation Practice Library exists to help you bring The Liberation Method into everyday life. Choose where you’re practicing.

The Liberation Method

Education Somatics Community

Every resource in this Library supports one or more practices within The Liberation Method. Some expand understanding. Some support embodied regulation. Some strengthen relationships. Some help transform classrooms, schools, organizations, and communities.

Every resource exists to move awareness into action.

The Library is organized by practice rather than by format: what you are practicing, and the environment where you intend to practice it with yourself, at home, or in work and community.

Practicing with Yourself

(Un)Learning, somatics, and reflection for one person's daily practice. These resources support nervous-system awareness, boundary-setting, self-advocacy, and honest self-inquiry — so what you understand becomes something you can live.

Practicing at Home

Conversation, repair, and seasonal practice for families and households. These resources support accessible communication, affirming parenting, and shared care — so home becomes a place where belonging is practiced, not negotiated.

Practicing in Work & Community

Community practice and implementation resources for facilitators, workplaces, organizations, and neighborhoods. These support shared language, collective care, and culture that holds — so a group can practice together over years, not once.

Professional Practice: Tools for Schools

Practitioner and institutional resources rooted in the E.R.I.N. Philosophy™ — communication tools, educator systems, site licensing, and implementation support that build access, autonomy, and co-regulation into everyday classroom life, without demanding compliance.

These resources are stewarded for the environment they serve. What a classroom, a school, or a district invests reflects the scope of the practice it supports and the number of people it reaches — not a page count or a file.

My Body Is Communicating™

A neurodiversity-affirming communication practice for households and educators, rooted in the E.R.I.N. Philosophy™. Begin with one deck and grow toward school-wide implementation as your practice deepens.

The Library Keeps Growing

Resources are coming home from Beacons and Teachers Pay Teachers into their permanent place in the Library. They arrive in stages, catalogued the way the rest of the Library is: by what is being practiced and where — with yourself, at home, in work and community, and in professional practice.

Where the Library Sits

The Practice Library is the ongoing application center of the ecosystem — the place you return to when a conversation, a course, or a gathering has ended and the practice continues at home, in your classroom, or in your organization.

One ecosystem. Many ways in.

Founder’s Intent

A growing library of liberation practices

The Liberation Practice Library exists because transformation happens between conversations, courses, and community gatherings. These resources were created to help people continue practicing The Liberation Method in everyday life.

Whether you are practicing with yourself, your family, your classroom, your organization, or your community, every guide, toolkit, journal, assessment, and implementation resource is designed to support lasting change through Education, Somatics, and Community.

This is not a collection of products. It is a growing library of liberation practices.
