professional application

Your professional practice is one of the places liberation lives.

What we practice does not stay inside us.

Educators carry practice into classrooms. Clinicians carry it into care. Leaders carry it into decisions. Facilitators carry it into groups. Organizers carry it into movements. Professionals carry it into the systems people encounter every day.

That is why professional learning inside the Academy is not simply about acquiring more information.

It is about developing the capacity to practice differently where you already hold responsibility, relationship, influence, and power.

The person learns.

The practice travels.

how you learn inside the academy

Learn. Notice. Practice. Return.

You encounter an idea. You notice what it reveals. You practice with it. And you return as your life changes.

  1. step 1

    Recognize the Pattern

Sometimes the pattern appears before we have language for it. The Academy helps you notice the pattern while it is happening, not simply understand it afterward.

  2. step 2

    Understand What Shaped It

Our patterns did not develop in a vacuum. We learned inside families, relationships, communities, institutions, histories, and systems.

  3. step 3

    Practice Something Different

Recognition creates possibility. Then we practice — in ourselves, in our relationships, in our homes, at work, in community.

why somatics + oppression cannot be separated

Knowledge alone does not change patterns.

Knowing matters. But knowing is not the same as embodying.

The gap between what we understand and what we embody is where the Academy works.

The 15 Pillars of Supremacy Culture

The Liberation Method™ uses the 15 Pillars of Supremacy Culture as a diagnostic tool for recognizing patterns that can appear in ourselves, relationships, organizations, and communities.

Not as a list of bad people. As patterns we can learn to notice.

These patterns have histories. They can also have bodily responses. The work is learning to recognize both, and developing practices that make another response possible.

where the practice lives

Personal and collective transformation cannot be separated.

Liberation has to become something we practice in the places where we actually live.

  • Self

Notice how history, identity, conditioning, wounds, protection strategies, and learned patterns shape how you move through the world.

  • Home & Relationships

Explore how power, care, boundaries, gender, parenting, partnership, conflict, tradition, and repair move through our closest relationships.

  • Work & Community

Examine leadership, accessibility, harassment, workplace culture, supremacy culture, decision-making, power, and organizational norms — and practice reciprocity, accountability, shared responsibility, belonging, repair, and collective care.

These are contexts of practice, not sequential stages and not a hierarchy. They are places where the same patterns may take different forms.

Your whole life becomes a place to practice.

community is where the work is tested

Liberation is not practiced alone.

Community is not simply where the work happens. Community is one of the places the work is tested.

Same Academy. Different capacities to contribute.

professional learning + continuing education

Two different pathways

path a

I want professional learning now

$597/year

The Professional Learning Membership is for individual professionals using the Academy for deeper professional development and, where applicable in the future, qualifying continuing education.

What you receive today: full Academy access plus the professional-learning pathway, structured completion records, assessments, and certificates of completion — with future access to profession-specific continuing education as approvals become active.

Professional Learning is annual only at launch.

path b

I need continuing education credit

Continuing education requirements vary by profession, credential, and jurisdiction.

We're actively researching and developing approval pathways based in part on what professionals in our community actually need.

Tell us what would be useful to you.

Share your profession, credential, location, and the kind of continuing education you're looking for. Your interest helps us determine which approval pathways to prioritize.

Submitting your interest does not mean CE credit is currently approved or available for your profession or jurisdiction. We only identify experiences as qualifying for continuing education once applicable requirements and approvals have been verified.

CE credit is course- and profession-specific. Membership does not guarantee that every Academy course qualifies for continuing education credit. Eligible courses will identify the approving body, professions, credit amount, and completion requirements.
