Supremacy culture is not only something happening around us. It shapes how we measure our worth, respond to discomfort, relate to power, move through conflict, and decide what safety, success, and belonging are supposed to look like.
Unpacking Supremacy Culture is a 50-page interactive personal decolonization journey for people ready to recognize inherited patterns without collapsing into shame. Across ten guided days, you will move through teaching, somatic grounding, reflection prompts, and practical integration using a consistent rhythm: Arrive, Learn, Notice, Practice, and Integrate.
You will examine the 15 Pillars of Supremacy Culture and trace how they have shaped your childhood, relationships, work, body, and nervous system. Every day includes spacious multiline writing fields that can be completed digitally and saved, while remaining print-friendly for people who prefer to write by hand.
This is not a promise that ten days will transform everything. It is an invitation to begin a sustained practice of awareness, accountability, healing, disruption, interdependence, and collective liberation.
Inside, you’ll explore:
• The 15 Pillars of Supremacy Culture and how they reinforce one another
• Cultural conditioning and the person beneath the performance
• Cultural loss, grief, and generational survival patterns
• Complicity, impact, accountability, and repair without shame
• How supremacy culture becomes embodied in the nervous system
• Choice-centered grounding and somatic reflection practices
• Disruption over comfort through small, actionable commitments
• Community, interdependence, and collective liberation
• Self, Home, and Work & Community integration
• A 30-day continuation plan for sustaining the practice
