House One — Liberation Awareness
Autumn. Release, descent, honest seeing. We begin where the air thins.
December
Integration and Rest
Winter begins. Reflection, embodiment. We let what we've seen settle in the body.
January — February
The Bridge — Transmutation
Deep winter. The 15 Pathways of Healing. The harder, slower work.
March — April
House Two — Embodied Practice
Spring. The LIBERATE Framework in practice. Awareness becomes muscle.
May
Transmission Begins
Late spring. Teaching, facilitating, holding others. The work becomes shareable.
June
Graduation
Summer. Transmission, celebration, community project. We close the circle.
Founding Cohort
This is the first cohort. Founding members receive lifetime access to curriculum updates, Founding Cohort designation, priority access to the facilitator certification pathway, and the opportunity to help shape the methodology as it grows.
The application is the first threshold.
