A carefully held container

The Liberation Journey™

Fall 9-Month Liberation Method™ Immersion

The Fall 9-Month Liberation Method™ Immersion is a high-touch transformational container designed for people ready to move beyond theory and into embodied liberation practice.

Together we move through:

  • · The 15 Pillars of Supremacy Culture
  • · Somatic regulation and nervous system awareness
  • · Relational accountability
  • · Community repair practices
  • · The Three Houses of Liberation
  • · The 15 Pathways of Healing
  • · Self, Home, and Work praxis
  • · Embodied leadership and collective transformation

This is not a course built around urgency or performance. It is a carefully held space for people committed to practicing liberation in real time, within real relationships, bodies, systems, and communities.

Limited to 30 participants to preserve depth, intimacy, and meaningful support.

I hope to see you.

Move at the pace your body can stay with.

Why this work

Awareness alone does not create transformation.

Many people can identify oppressive systems intellectually.

Far fewer have been supported in learning how to interrupt those systems within relationships, leadership, parenting, organizing, community, and the nervous system itself.

The Liberation Journey™ exists to support that deeper integration.

This immersion is designed to help participants:

  • · Build nervous system capacity for change
  • · Practice relational accountability
  • · Interrupt internalized supremacy culture
  • · Deepen embodied awareness
  • · Develop sustainable liberation practices
  • · Move from performance into alignment

Transformation requires time, witnessing, practice, repair, and community.

The shape of the work

The journey through three trimesters.

Transformation unfolds in stages.

Just as the body changes through gestation, liberation work asks us to move slowly enough to become aware of what is being formed within us.

The Liberation Journey™ is intentionally paced across three trimesters to allow awareness, practice, repair, and embodiment to deepen over time.

This is not accelerated transformation.

This is relational, nervous-system-aware becoming.

First Trimester — Reclaim Memory™ · House One: Awareness

Awareness

Recognition. Naming. Witnessing.

Focus

  • Nervous system awareness
  • Somatic mapping
  • Internalized oppression
  • Survival adaptations
  • The body as archive
  • Awareness of relational and systemic imprinting

Emotional tone

The first trimester is about learning to see clearly without collapsing into shame. This phase asks participants to notice what has been inherited, what has been normalized, and what lives inside the body, relationships, and systems.

Second Trimester — Develop Consciousness™ · The Bridge: Transmutation

Transmutation

Interruption. Integration. Practice.

Focus

  • 15 Pillars → 15 Pathways
  • Relational accountability
  • Repair practices
  • Embodied truth
  • Interruption patterns
  • Healing pathways

Emotional tone

This trimester is the active work of transformation. Participants begin interrupting inherited patterns while building new pathways through practice, relationship, accountability, and regulation. This is where liberation shifts from intellectual understanding into lived embodiment.

Third Trimester — Build Liberated Culture™ · Houses Two & Three

Embodied Practice & Transmission

Embodiment. Leadership. Birth.

Focus

  • Embodied liberation
  • Facilitation principles
  • Ethical leadership
  • Collective practice
  • Transmission
  • Sustainable integration

Emotional tone

The final trimester prepares participants not for perfection, but for responsible embodiment. Liberation becomes something lived, practiced, carried, and shared. Participants move toward embodied leadership, relational integrity, ethical facilitation, and sustainable transformation.

Pacing

Liberation is not delivered overnight.

Healing, accountability, and transformation require time.

The Liberation Journey™ is intentionally paced across nine months so participants can integrate slowly, remain connected to their bodies, practice in real relationships, and build sustainable change rather than performative transformation.

This is why the container remains intentionally small.

Minimum cohort

7

Maximum cohort

It is developed through:

  • · Embodied integration
  • · Relational accountability
  • · Demonstrated practice
  • · Ethical facilitation
  • · Sustained participation over time

Transmission is treated as responsibility. Not performance.

An invitation

Some seasons ask more of you.

There are moments when awareness alone is no longer enough.

When the body asks for something deeper. Something slower. Something more honest.

The Liberation Journey™ was created for those moments.

If you are ready to move from awareness into embodiment, you are invited into the work.

Begin Enrollment

You are not expected to arrive fully healed.

You are only asked to arrive willing to practice.
