Somatic Reset Session™
For the person whose nervous system has been carrying too much for too long.
A one-on-one nervous system regulation session designed to support overwhelm, burnout, grief, chronic stress, caregiver fatigue, and neurodivergent exhaustion.
This is not therapy. This is not coaching.
This is a guided opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and practice regulation in a supportive environment.

A six-session journey into the wisdom of the body.
Many of us understand our patterns intellectually. Few of us have had the opportunity to experience them through the body.
The Liberation Method: Embodied is a six-session private journey exploring the places where survival, identity, belonging, and liberation meet.
Each session builds upon the last, creating space for awareness, regulation, reflection, and integration.
The six sessions
- Safety — What allows your nervous system to soften? Explore regulation, resources, and the foundations of embodied safety.
- Boundaries — Where do you end and others begin? Examine consent, capacity, limits, and the body's wisdom around protection.
- Anger — What is your anger trying to protect? Move beyond suppression or explosion and explore anger as information.
- Grief — What has been lost? Create space for the grief that often lives beneath adaptation, resilience, and survival.
- Belonging — Who are you when you stop abandoning yourself? Explore connection, authenticity, and participation without self-erasure.
- Integration — What becomes possible now? Reflect on your journey and develop practices that support continued embodiment.
